Maud Chabanis – Perfumer (AIR, EAU & THE MINDFUL COLLECTION)

Born in southern France and immersed in the world of scent from an early age, Maud brings over a decade of experience to her work. After earning a Master’s in Cosmetics, Aromas, and Perfumes Engineering (ICAP) and graduating top of her class, she honed her craft at Romessence. Her instinctive, nature-inspired style translates emotion into scent with precision and soul.

Xavier Blaizot – Perfumer (FEU & TERRE)

Raised in a family with seven generations of perfumery heritage, Xavier trained at the prestigious Robertet Perfumery School, studying under industry legends. He has crafted natural fragrances for brands across Mexico, the U.S., and Europe, blending technical mastery with poetic sensitivity - seeing fragrance as a way to translate memory and emotion into scent.

Ralf Schwieger – Perfumer (AETHER)

Drawn to fragrance long before he had the language for it, Ralf Schwieger grew up in the forested outskirts of Hanover, collecting perfume factices and arranging store displays before he ever set foot in a lab. He came to the craft through natural sciences and the Roure school in Grasse — arriving with more French culinary vocabulary than perfumery terms, yet finding the two worlds surprisingly alike: both the art of enhancing sensation from a raw base. Now based in Paris, he brings a rare duality to his work — equal parts trend antenna and contrarian — guided by the belief that a perfumer is ultimately an interpreter of others' desires, while never losing himself in the translation.

Mathilde Bijaoui – Perfumer (NUMINOUS)

Rooted in a childhood shaped by music, cooking, and the sensory world her father taught her to notice, Mathilde Bijaoui came to perfumery the way some people fall in love — suddenly and completely, at twelve, through a single conference at the Osmothèque near her home in Versailles. She pursued the craft with quiet conviction: a science degree, an evaluation internship at IFF, and her first formulation post at MANE in Le Bar-sur-Loup, where her aptitude quickly outgrew the word "junior." Now part of MANE's New York creative team, she brings a synesthetic intimacy to her work — reading formulas in color, feeling materials as texture — and a wonder for nature that hasn't dimmed since the frangipani in Madagascar she couldn't pull herself away from.

We are proud to be mentored by Alain Garossi, a master perfumer whose career spans decades at Robertet, Givaudan, and Quest International. Rooted in Grasse tradition and global olfactory artistry, Alain’s influence strengthens our commitment to combining traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation.

Each vessel is hand-thrown on the wheel by master potters, shaped entirely by hand from start to finish. No modern machinery. No mass production. Only authentic craftsmanship – honoring patience, material, and tradition.
