Free Yourself offers returns on all orders over $75. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and undammaged. To initiate your return, please email us at info@freeyourself.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is authorized, you must return the item within 14 days of receiving your authorization. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Yes, you are responsible for the cost of returning the package to Free Yourself. This includes any original shipping charges to you, duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on both the original and return shipments. Please note that these amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment minus an $8 restocking fee.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Final sale items, as well as products that appear used or damaged upon inspection, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and a refund will not be granted.
