Ralf Schwieger is a free and magnetic electron that knows how to capture trends as well as how to repel them: “The perfumer is the interpreter of the desire of others. It’s necessary to be attentive to numerous participants and to play the intermediary between different worlds. In this role of orchestration, you integrate your own vision .” For Ralf, he puts a lot of himself into a creation: “as a creator, you are in constant evolution. The learning process is permanent, just like the desire to outdo yourself.” It all began in Germany, in a forested region outside Hanover. In the summer, the young man helped the parents of a friend create window displays for a perfumery. He collected factices. For his university studies, while he could have gone into applied arts and created jewelry, he instead opted for natural sciences and moved to Berlin. He specialized in fragrance chemistry during the course of his program. He was then admitted to the Roure school in Grasse, where he was initiated into the profession of perfumer. The only French words he knew at the time belonged to the vocabulary of his favorite cuisine, which he readily compared to composition: “In both cases, one acts as an enhancer of sensations, often with spices or seasonings, starting with a raw base.” After a stint in chromatography, Ralf joined the fine fragrance team in Paris.

Born in southern France and immersed in the world of scent from an early age, Maud brings over a decade of experience to her work. After earning a Master’s in Cosmetics, Aromas, and Perfumes Engineering (ICAP) and graduating top of her class, she honed her craft at Romessence. Her instinctive, nature-inspired style translates emotion into scent with precision and soul.

Xavier Blaizot – Perfumer (FEU & TERRE)

Raised in a family with seven generations of perfumery heritage, Xavier trained at the prestigious Robertet Perfumery School, studying under industry legends. He has crafted natural fragrances for brands across Mexico, the U.S., and Europe, blending technical mastery with poetic sensitivity - seeing fragrance as a way to translate memory and emotion into scent.
