Hand Poured Candles

There is a difference you can see and smell between a mass-produced candle and one that was poured by hand. Our hand poured candles are crafted in Bennington, Vermont using fragrance oils created in Grasse, France, premium wax blends engineered for clean burn and strong throw, and cotton wicks. Each candle is poured individually, inspected, and placed inside a vessel by Farmhouse Pottery. That combination of French perfumery and Vermont craft is what makes these candles worth lighting and worth keeping.

Four Hand Poured Scented Candles

  • AIR Candle: grapefruit, ginger, vetiver. Crisp, bright, and energizing. Ritual: clarity and awakening.
  • EAU Candle: pink pepper, blackcurrant, gardenia. Soft, aquatic, and calming. Ritual: flow and softness.
  • FEU Candle: cinnamon, neroli, cedarwood. Warm, smoky, and intimate. Ritual: passion and creativity.
  • TERRE Candle: saffron, davana, woody amber. Earthy, resinous, and grounding. Ritual: depth and stillness.

All four are available from 4oz votives through 12oz, 30oz, and 60oz ceramic vessels.

What Makes Hand Poured Candles Different

Hand poured scented candles are not just a production method. They are a statement about care. Each pour is controlled for temperature, fragrance load, and wick placement. The result is a candle that burns evenly to the edges, throws scent consistently through the room, and produces minimal soot. The Vessels: Farmhouse Pottery, Woodstock VT

Every hand poured candle in the collection sits inside a vessel by Farmhouse Pottery, a ceramics studio in Woodstock, Vermont. The larger vessels (12oz, 30oz, 60oz) are wheel-thrown and one-of-a-kind. Once the candle is finished, the vessel lives on as a planter, container, or decorative object. The Votive Gift Set brings all four scents together in 4oz vessels, boxed and ready to give.
